I nominate Satanael. She is willing to listen all sides and makes her judgement based on facts and provides effective reasoning. She is a lawyer in a real life. She also has a passion and a creativity that are rare and valued qualities. They are not necessarily bureaucrat attributes, but will be useful to revive this Wiki. I hope she will be interested.
