General guidelines

General considerations:

  • Every new unique weapon article must start off as a stub (i.e. tagged with {{item-stub}}).
  • Remove the stub if sufficient and accurate information detailing its stats and replica have been added.
  • The wording of the introductory text (the text before the "Stats" section) in the template above should remain the same for consistency. Just replace "Example boss" and "Example location" appropriately.

Section guidelines

Stats

An indented description of the stats, preferably copied indentically from the in-game tooltip. Wiki-link damage type and other attributes.

Skin

Make a note of any other weapons that uses a similar skin. If there are none known, simply state "None known." Do not omit this section.

Replica

If it is possible to create a replica of the unique weapon using collector, crafter or PvP items and upgrade components, list them here. List the modifications in an order matching the stats section. Be sure to explicitly mention or note any difference between the replica and the unique weapon, such as slight visual differences or minor stat differences.

State "This item cannot be replicated", if the exact technical stats cannot be replicated. (i.e. Near replications such as HCT 10% vs. HCT of <attribute> skills 10% should not be listed.)

Unique counterparts

List other unique weapon(s) if they are the same weapon type and have the same stats. Also list other unique weapons if they are of the same weapon type, with the same modifiers, but have different damage types and/or requirements.

Notes

List any additional notes or observations here.

Trivia

If the item has any trivia related to its name or concept, then mention that here.

Category

See Guild Wars Wiki:Formatting/Categories. For unique weapons, these categories should generally be included:
