ok i bought gwen and installed it and everythng...but when it finished, it brought me to the main page of guildwars. and i dont know what to do to play gwen. Can u help me!!!?????

guild wars has forgot my details

i logged on, then logged off about 1 hour after loging on. And then when i tried to log on again it said we don't recognise your account information (code=227). so what do i do.
