Martin Kerstein was the German Community Manager for ArenaNet, and worked out of ArenaNet's Bellevue office.
Previously, he was the NCsoft Europe Community Team Lead at Brighton until October 2008, when NCsoft decided to terminate NCsoft Europe in favor of the new NCsoft West.
