Since the official wiki is atleast a month behind on finding this bug I'll point out the issue, it has incorrect scaling more specifically on 0 shadow the blind lasts 10 seconds, unofficial wiki has a full progression chart....Could maybe have done with fixing while anet was up to fixing all the other bugs >.>
