Isn't that a good thing? Critstrike is useless to nonprimary assassins and SAssault is elite, so we won't see gimmick Rangers/Warriors/<insert class that abuses daggers somehow here> again. A shame that you cant properly use Jagged Strike+Fox Fangs for a fast combo anymore unless you take 2 or more dual attacks.
