Isn't this item bugged? Wands should have two upgrades like all other one hand weapons. This one has the festival effect, then one upgrade. MithUser MithranArkanere Star.pngTalk 15:52, 24 April 2015 (UTC)

Two mods, same number as a normal wand, not bugged. -Chieftain Alex 17:58, 24 April 2015 (UTC)
I know what you mean, it seems that the Decade wands came up short (as usual). They should have one more attribute. Don't you hate ignorant replies like Chieftan's? So unhelpful. 97.122.184.246 07:19, 31 January 2016 (UTC)

Anomaly for these items, even though they show they add 11-22 damage with each attribute, it works like a regular wand and only 1 attribute with 9 matters. Tested with 9 fire magic, then 9 fire and 9 energy storage, then 14 fire/water/air/earth and 16 energy storage (master of magic) all the tests indicated ~14-26 dmg on the 60ar test armor at GToB 166.137.240.79 01:26, 25 April 2015 (UTC)

The bug is not in the item itself, but the description.
It reads:
Chaos Dmg: 11-22 (Requires 9 Energy Storage)
Chaos Dmg: 11-22 (Requires 9 Air Magic)
Chaos Dmg: 11-22 (Requires 9 Earth Magic)
Chaos Dmg: 11-22 (Requires 9 Fire Magic)
Chaos Dmg: 11-22 (Requires 9 Water Magic)
It should read:
Chaos Dmg: 11-22 (Requires 9 Energy Storage, 9 Air Magic,
9 Earth Magic, 9 Fire Magic, or 9 Water Magic)
There's only one effective damage packet on hit, regardless of how many requirements are met or how the item actually works internally. MithUser MithranArkanere Star.pngTalk 11:07, 26 April 2015 (UTC)
