Disables even when interrupt doesn't occur?

Was wondering if anyone could verify this. I have noticed that when I have mantra of Resolve up, and I get hit with this skill by raptors, even if I have the energy available, it seems to disable my skill. Can anyone else duplicate this? 207.71.50.165 20:12, 23 June 2008 (UTC)

Disabled/recharge increase?

Say I have 12 dagger mastery (9s disable duration); and I interrupt a spell that normally has a 10s recharge - does this skill cause a 19s recharge or does it have no effect? --Combatter 12:40, 28 March 2011 (UTC)
