Talk:EULA/User Agreement
What the hell? If I paid for this game, I have the right to play the damn thing, anytime I want, anywhere I want, and how I want to play it. But of course if you reject the agreement they don't allow you to play, even though you paid for it.

- It's a late reply, but technically, you purchased a service, not a piece of software. -- ab.er.rant 14:15, 5 August 2009 (UTC)
- Late as well. But... As per Paragraph 4 Subsection C:
- "Rights to Use Accounts. By agreeing to the User Agreement you agree that you do not own either the Master Account or Game Account (collectively, the "Account") you use to access the service, the characters created on the Account and that NC Interactive stores on NC Interactive servers, the items stored on these servers, or any other data from which the servers and accounts are comprised. The Account you create is needed to login to the service as per section 4(b) and the fee that you pay is to access new Campaigns or acquire Additional Features."
- Basicly, the moment you click "accept" you give up all rights. ~JasonBacon talk 05:31, 24 October 2009 (UTC)
What about
(h) Former Members. Members whose Accounts have been terminated by NC Interactive may not access the Service in any manner or for any reason, including through any other Account, without the express written permission of NC Interactive. Accounts accessed by Former Members are subject to immediate termination. NC Interactive reserves the right to use any means necessary, including those in section 4(i) to identify and remove Former Members.
Doesnt that mean that Lena's other accounts should be banned as well? --adrin 08:44, 5 November 2009 (UTC)
