Broken by Ghostly Haste? Has anyone had any issues with this and Ghostly Haste? [[1]] It seems to me that Ghostly Haste breaks the energy recovery of this. I'm sure I was within range of a spirit and definitely didn't get the energy boost.

the relates skills aren't really related imo... they are all conditional energy management i guess, but they are completely different conditions, completely different classes, and some of them are elite or sigs or not spells... Roflmaomgz 17:41, 31 March 2010 (UTC)
