Did this quest earlier tonight. Had a green item drop. The item is called "The People's Resolve". It is the chromium shard off-hand skin with a req of 9 in the 5 caster attributes with +12 energy. The mods on it are Halves casting time of spells (10%) and Halves recharge time of spells (10%). The item dropped from an Elite Ministry Illusionist. (Note: I am new to Wiki and it's use, I would appreciate any corrections being done as neccessary.) ````Bunter

Not related to the quest, but the drop you got. I was checking out if the mobs change in the explorable areas for Phase 2 and they do. The Am Fah that replaced the afflicted in Undercity during phase 1 were replaced with ministry members. I went around killing some and got a green spear. It was called "Diligence" and it dropped from an Elite Ministry Captain. The stats are Energy +5 inscription, Zealous, and HP +30. Not sure what skin it is. Magi 05:54, 30 September 2011 (UTC)

Giant crabs[edit]

Anyone else got that? XD MithUser MithranArkanere Star.pngTalk 19:47, 3 October 2011 (UTC)

Sounds like a personal problem... --MushaUser Musha Sigc.png 03:02, 4 October 2011 (UTC)
I meant 'that joke'. Now, whenever I see another one of those damn idiots that drank from the Chalice of Corruption to get the visual effect and go all over the place with it, now I can direct them here, to teach them what they really got. Reef Lurker Bug[edit]

Found a lvl 5 reef lurker, except the skin was that of a Ministry of Purity npc. Easy to kill, but a bug nonetheless?

Yes a bug, but not with this quest. Something about GW. This sort of thing occurs occasionally when you load in. Sometimes you'll see NPC's with the wrong names, or NPC's with the wrong skin. Seems most common with charmable animals. 110.174.243.167 14:14, 14 February 2012 (UTC)

Xan Hei[edit]

Considering we killed him before I think he shouldn't be in the foe section 92.151.212.153 10:10, 22 February 2012 (UTC)

Pulling Method and other Notes[edit]

Just completed this quest for each profession (10 in normal mode), pulling the three diplomats each time. These three were much easier to pull than the three Kurz in the previous quest; however, sometimes an (initially non-hostile) enemy healer will come along, which complicates matters when they turn hostile (i.e. other enemies will come before you're ready or the diplomats will start to run back into the fray). There is time to return to the group and pull a diplomat that lagged behind. Approach from and pull to the south-west, as the enemies come in from the north (Ministry), north-west (Am Fah), and south-east (Ministry). Some groups will not spawn until a previous one is defeated. Lord Flynt 06:41, 14 February 2013 (UTC)

Update: you can pull the Luxon Diplomats out of range, even without starting the mission dialogue. Bring with you a Necromancer as Minion Master (build code: OAljUwGpZSUBKg4BbhVV7Y8Y4YA), bring your character to the mountain before the diplomats, and when you can see their names in green color at the distance, start controlling your Minion Master with the flag (and leave the rest of your Heroes behind you, far away). Bring the Minion Master close to the Luxon Diplomats using the mini-map ("U" letter in the keyboard), block the skill "Blood of the Master", and start pulling them with a few clicks. Little by little and with patience, return your Necromancer to your side, and the Luxon Diplomats will follow him healing their minions without starting the quest. Doing this I led the Luxon Diplomats to the resurrection shrine at the entrance of the city on the other side of the map without starting the dialogue. Then I let Am Fah and Ministry foes kill each other, and when there was no one left alive I went in and killed them.
