This quest is exactly the same as "Evil Residents"[edit]
Feel like this quest is exactly the same as "Evil Residents". Only noticeable difference is that this quest gives far lesser rewards..and you can go to settlement right away. Out of ides much, Anet? Also... feeling stingy? --Ireth Tassartir 06:49, 27 October 2012 (PDT)
- The rewards are less, because, unlike Evil Residents, this quest is repeatable. --108.162.180.244 12:47, 27 October 2012 (PDT)
- They gave us a new quest despite it being a game thats 7.5 years old, when really they could have reasonably dropped all updates, support and turned off the servers by now - I think that they bothered at all is being generous. Chieftain Alex 13:04, 27 October 2012 (PDT)
- why would they? Ok for updates and support but turn off the servers is a no go for a game that you payed for. at least in the end they should make final update to enable single player game or offline or whatever.. some would still finance it. it's a good game still! --The preceding unsigned comment was added by 109.163.142.199 (talk • contribs) at 01:35, 30 October 2012 (UTC).
- Not if they are still selling the game, and not if they expected anyone to have confidence in buying GW2. There's a balance between entitled, self-important players and Anet apologists. If everyone felt the way you describe, then Anet would lose nothing from shutting off GW1 and they'd probably have done it and we'd all be the worse for it. Extremism is a problem from both ends. 65.87.26.122 17:34, 2 November 2012 (UTC)
ToTs for survivors[edit]
I'm pretty sure this quest also gives one ToT for each living settler at the end, because I now have 8, and I finished the quest with 4/10 dead. I do not remember picking up more than two ToTs in the fighting. 96.246.211.129 09:41, 31 October 2013 (UTC)
