Chomp

I was just in Alcazia Tangle and was fighting a Ferothrax when it used a skill called Chomp. I didn't get a screen shot and couldn't catch the whole skill description, but it mentioned something about destroying target smaller creature and gaining 500 health. It was targeting a minion with the skill, has anyone else seen this? GhostBear 14:37, 25 September 2007 (UTC)

Looks like another foe made up to resemble any of a variety of dinosaurs. Near as I can tell, there's no particular species that fits the bill. For what it's worth,

• The Latin word Thrax (Thracian; gladiator with saber and short shield, gladiator)
• Fero is probably from ferocious (from ferox, wild/warlike and/or ferus, as in feral).
• Bistahieversor looks vaguely similar.

But I suspect someone just like the look/sound of the word and someone else just designed a foe to look scary and dinoauri-ish. And, like peanut butter and chocolate, ... the rest was marketing history. — Tennessee Ernie Ford (TEF) 09:26, 10 June 2011 (UTC)
