No, it's pretty much a smiters boon, and an unnecessary one at that. The problem with Rspike was the ability to chain 3~4 arrows together with 1cast bow attacks. That was all that needed a nerf. The actual damage from individual bow attacks were quite weak, nowhere near some of the DPS churned out by other methods. This might still be useful if it was the LAST way for rangers to gain + Damage, but it isn't and now Experts Focus is arguably better than this. RIP Glass arrows.
