While we have the new signet of deadly corruption to take advantage of condition stacking, I say this off-hand screams for a dual attack that synergises with conditions (+dmg for each condition?) to provide a nice spike. 203.217.0.53 03:22, 21 July 2007 (UTC)

Uh... moebius strike recharges all attack skills, making individual recharge a moot point. Prolly the most effective unconditional opening chain for moebius is Leaping Mantis -> Exhausting Assault. -Auron 14:19, 22 July 2007 (UTC)

It works so great with the Sunspear Skill "Critical Agility". It can totally replace Wild Strike as low recharge offhand-attack in PvE - plus add a Deep Wound! --Longasc 10:31, 25 July 2007 (UTC)

I like this skill, comboes well with Jagged Strike to make a Dagger Mastery alternative to Twisting Fangs. The Enchant requirement is kind of annoying, but allows for a counter to this quick recharging skill. GhostBear 01:34, 5 August 2007 (UTC)

Assassins in PvP[edit]

Wow, a lead-req offhand that's actually decent. I thought it couldn't be done, but sometime you guys surprise me. Now Shattering Assault is a serious option without giving up DW or being forced to take Impale.--Around 05:39, 21 July 2007 (UTC)

The enchantment requirement isn't that hard to meet.

The 4 second recharge is entirely justifiable ith this skill, repeatedly applying a deep wound is of no use, and it doesnt actually posess any +damage, much the same way no-one really gets upset about Wounding Strike being 3 seconds. It's nice to see Anet addressing the problem with lead attacks, it wasn't the attacks themselves, but the offhands that required them which were sucky and few in number. --Ckal Ktak 14:38, 30 July 2007 (UTC)
