This jerk's elite is NOT worth the trouble it causes to find him...relying on chance. Thankfully Anet realized it wasn't a way to keep people interested and started putting elite caps right outside of outposts in Cantha.--Ph03n1x 05:49, 2 July 2010 (UTC)
