is it just me or is this skill overpowered
haha, how have i never noticed the buff this skill got? even at like r2-4 this is practically maintainable, cheap and fast casting...and its slow effect is set at 50%....omg and its nearby...puting on livia with nothing else better for her--Justice 06:49, 23 June 2008 (UTC)
Yes it is overpowered.It looks like now it is the skill of choice for Alliance Battles(AB). Almost everyone is running a Snare (this being the snare) Condition Spam build in AB. Have 3 or 4 condition infecting skills, a few for healing and this as snare. Good for capping and degen death since not many NPCs take care of conditions.--Wealedout 12:36, 20 August 2008 (UTC)

Shadow Form[edit]
Sometimes while I'm under Shadow Form this skill manages to get through to me (when I'm running in Kryta). This makes no sense; it does sometimes but not always. 209.240.183.45 23:31, 11 June 2009 (UTC)

- No. Aura of Thorns causes cripple and is therefore related to other PBAoE cripple skills. Grasping is a hex and should only be related to other PBAoE snare hexes....which I don't think there are any others. Karate
