Does it add attribute +2 with minor rune..? e.g. if you put a minor Energy Storage rune on it, will it add a total of 2 to E.S. ..? Or is it just the AR35 alone..? ~Lya

Only the rune effect. Otherwise it would also have an armour bonus, like here:
