I have noted that, while the lagoon does give you health when skills are used, there is also a penalty.. the first skill you use will recharge very slowly.

Are you sure that wasn't a Diversion? Since the creatures nearby happen to possess it. Firoas. 00:14, 20 June 2009 (UTC)
