Connection to Aladdin[edit]
I've read the wikipedia article on Aladdin and cannot find any connection to HW Mabai's dialogue or his relationship with Princess Leifah. Although One Man's Dream involves a Djinni and an urn, Mabai doesn't get the girl, he doesn't trick a sorcerer, he doesn't need to escape from some hell invented by that sorcerer. In other words, Mabai's story is a pretty generic poor-man-loves-the-royal-uses-magic-to-become-rich tale. The connection between Mabai and Aladdin is no stronger than between the gruff Dwarves of Lord of the Rings and the Deldrimor Dwarves of GW.
Accordingly, I've updated the trivia to the factually correct, Mabai uses an urn to summon a wish-giving Djinn, a story similar to Aladdin's lamp. — Tennessee Ernie Ford (TEF) 16:43, 30 September 2010 (UTC)
