I got one in Kilroy Stonekin's tourney.

While you have The Search for a Cure quest active in your quest log (and until you have 3 of them in your inventory), any Jade Brotherhood enemy will drop it.
Either complete the quest, abandon it or just keep at least 3 of these items in your inventory so they don't drop anymore. --NIN37 04:32, 2 December 2008 (UTC)

color/icon wise...[edit]

it seems to me that (when on the exact same graphics settings) there are two colors of jade brotherhood capes. Example. It may help in mentioning that they won't stack if mixed... Aquadrizzt User Aquadrizzt sig.png 20:51, 7 May 2010 (UTC)
