Took the HSR notes off of the Staffs because it's inherent in all staffs at this point, and changed the "Wrap" column to "Inscription" on wands to be consistent with other caster pages. --The preceding unsigned comment was added by User:Scion Of Erixalimar (talk).

Add Helming Baldbrow in the list, he offers Bone Spiral Rod: Cold Dmg 11-22,9 Death Magic,Halves skill recharge of Death Magic Spells (Chance 20%),Energy +15,Energy Regeneration -1 for 5 berseker horns horns in Varajar Fells (North from the exit of Olafstead, over the bridge in the middle of Varajar Fells.). he has other cool staffs too.60.240.51.3 03:23, 9 February 2009 (UTC)
