If I capture and elite skill and then abandon this quest, will the skill capped by the SoC disappear? Or could this be used as a way to get infinite SoC's?? 76.171.59.206

Uh, no, you can unlock it with Balthazar faction and then use a tome. Anyway, "the cheapest" was removed some time ago. -- FreedomBound 13:50, 2 October 2009 (UTC)
