interruption[edit]
If someone is casting Signet Of Humility while under mantra of inscriptions & he gets interrupted will the signet recharge faster of does this mantra only work on CASTED signets ?
- you don't cast signet, only spells get casted;o

Every mesmer signet has absurd recharges because they're all "balanced" around Mantra of Inscriptions being active and thats very very stupid.
It's a mesmer skill and since the Areanet balancing team has the assumption that all mesmer skills can be abused on paper so in turn they have to make them have long recharge times (which keep in mind, the majority of mesmer skills can not be abused in real game play due to the situational damage)William Wallace 08:55, 13 June 2008 (UTC)
PvE heroes[edit]

- I noticed I have to manually apply it or the hero doesn't use this skill (or Scribe's Insight) at all, but it did seem to help. I was trying the Majesty's Rest with H&H as per the talk page, if you're wondering about why anyone would use the worthless Scribe's Insight (I certainly won't use it again). --Falseprophet 16:06, 6 April 2009 (UTC)
