Well, for the same amount of energy and the same recharge in PvP you get +dmg on your target as well as higher AoE-dmg even if it's conditional. I have to say i tend to use this more in PvP than in PvE for those reasons, it just not doing the trick for me Lou Wolfskin 18:07, 8 May 2010 (UTC)
