Maybe someday the regular MBAS will change, and then there will be a difference between the two. For now, this page exists only because the skill has a separate skill ID in the .dat ... or something like that. 67.180.237.90 22:15, 13 August 2011 (UTC)

Umm, Master Togo the Factions NPC doesn't even have MBAS on his skill bar. This is only used by the Bonus Mission Pack version of Togo. 67.180.237.90 22:55, 13 August 2011 (UTC)
