It does not stack to 40% with a dual 20% mod. I believe its capped overall at 36% with a 32% chance of half cast and a 4% chance of quarter cast. This would lead me to believe the mods check independently of one another and are not necessarily additive. 67.191.245.177 18:50, 27 January 2008 (UTC)
