Does this 33% apply ontop of the already HM boost they get? if so thats 83% faster attacks?! if HM is 50% faster by default? i Cannot remember.

No, it doesn't stack. Stuff like Reckless Haste also has no affect on speed in HM. Misery 23:02, 28 January 2009 (UTC)
