No.....when they want a skill open for people in either (any) campain, they make it core. Duplicates are for people who want the same skill twice in their bar. Barkingllama

These two skills are more likely for the use of the second profession. The penetration doesn't stack, so having 10 strenght doesn't make these skills have 30%AP. But for a sin, or derv, or whatever, who don't have strengh, they could use war as second profession for the axe, they can still have 20%AP with these kills. Tiberium 14:30, 25 July 2009 (UTC)
