I'm pretty sure it's an interactive object, I don't recall it having a level or health bar. Unless someone has a screenshot, we won't be able to check it until next December. -- Gordon Ecker (talk) 07:16, 21 July 2009 (UTC)

You'll have to ask Anet. My guess would be that it's easier to spawn NPCs during events than Iobs. Backsword 05:30, 22 July 2009 (UTC)
