Isn't the note false? Since it gives 10 armor with at least two elements, and pyromancer gives 10 + 10 more vs fire, and the same goes for the rest? I don't see how its more profitable.Ajc2123
Is Prismiatic Insignia available in PvP? I cant seem to find it.
pyro is vs elemental, this affects all 76.26.189.65 19:48, 6 February 2008 (UTC)
The note makes no sense. "provides 20 armor at the cost of life lost through runes"? WTF? I suppose if you fill all slots with vitae runes. And "low life is already a problem for most elementalists"? Don't all professions, except Dervish, have the same health (or life)? You can have 9 in all 4 element attributes and 3 in ES all without using runes. Flesh Over Steel 22:34, 1 March 2008 (UTC)
- Yeah, that note sounds like it was pretty nutty. I just switched to these myself since I usually do two-element combos with at least 9 in each. (Before this I was using Blessed as I almost always had AoR on my bar.)
- As for the low health thing ... I've gotten the feeling that some people think you need 15+ in every elemental attribute you use or you're doing nothing. Personally, I have a minor rune in every element but fire (cost) and a major/headpiece in energy, since i don't want to rerune myself every five minutes in PvE. ^_^ (Nobody wants major runes, either, which makes me happy.)

- You can make pieces of armor to swap out, or since oyu are doing PvE, fire is a pretty good general purpose PvE element. Anyway, about the armor, what you do is put your vigor on the chest, and the ones you swap out often on the hands and feet, since they are easy to craft. I put minor energy storage on the legs. Then I swap out head pieces. I have attunement or vitae on feet and hands, or a minor elemental on them. StatMan 15:55, 13 August 2008 (UTC)
- Vigor on the chest is nice but that is a very commonly hit spot for "squishies" vs. melee, right? Therefore the +20 al is lost on the chest for 15 life. Really up to your preference and overall equipment what determines what you 'need' GW-MaNiAc 21:02, 4 July 2009 (UTC)
- all of your discussion is moot as this is an insignia and not a rune. --Ckal Ktak 21:08, 22 July 2009 (UTC)
- you mean Survivor Insignia was taken out? I think that was the comparison, they just didn't know it. StatMan 13:57, 23 July 2009 (UTC)
