Mind Burn in HM?

These foes do have Mind Burn, tested it by using Smooth Criminal on them, they however dont seem to use it.Anbu 22:43, 16 February 2010 (UTC)

Weapon

It's an NPC only weapon, sadly :/ Would make an awesome Bo-type staff though.
