does a 20/20 ritualist scepter with 20/20 restoration magic dwell in this game? i see the foci, but aside from channeling, spawning, and communing - a wand of restoration magic appears to be non-existent.

Further research shows a ritualist wand of 20 percent damage against Charr, but no still no joy for restoration 20/20 wand (to complete a 40/40 set with the addition of a restoration 20/20 foci.) cecil 12:49, 15 March 2009 (UTC)

I see restoration wands that allow for 20/20 communing, but that is redundant considering there are already communing 20/20 wands available. cecil 12:49, 15 March 2009 (UTC)
