Minor version no longer available to buy from rune trader?

Noticed this 1/31/2024. Is this a bug? Anybody know when it happened?

Rune traders sell, what other players have sold them. So they can run out of stock. Used to happen with some runes of vigor in the past. So no bug, known game mechanic. Steve1 (talk) 19:14, 31 January 2024 (UTC)
