I dont see the restoration scepter listed when I talk to the npc.

Missing in Bukdek Byway (Winds of Change)???

I know the Bukdek Byway (Winds of Change) page lists this guy too but I want to make a weapon and he simply isn't there where the wiki says he is. The only reason I can think of is that they accidentally took him out of the zone with Winds of Change. yeah i couldnt find him either. lovely since i waisted time going wrong way first only to find out he wasnt even on map anyhow. will add note to page not that anyone else really cares. Justice 12:13, 30 June 2012 (UTC)

Can't dye

most collector items cannot be dyed, its hardly suprising that this fire wand did not I'm afraid :/ Chieftain Alex 16:18, 20 December 2012 (UTC)
