No Warrior with any sense in him uses Tactics at all. A shame, because this skill would almost be good if it could be used effectively with Warrior's Endurance and a shout like "I Am Unstoppable!" in PvE, but hey, WE's in a good attribute line and this isn't, so I take Counterattack instead if I'm running that sort of build. thats odd, usually this seems to work better than power attack, my warr is has 13 tact, for defense and healing from healing sig, i use for great justice, and dragon slash for offense, this works great for it while under the effects of for great justice, which is guaranteed +36 dmg which isnt bad at all
