Yes of course I checked with the quest active. The area was completely full of Charr Lords rather than the Hydra, and I found every other boss listed in The Titan Source boss list. I completely cleared the area in a failed attempt to find and capture this boss' elite skill. There are some groups of Charr Lords that patrol the shore and drop Greater Conflagration spirits. After clearing the zone I went AFK for a while and no more patrols went through my position. I am suggesting that either this boss spawns only in Flame Temple Corridor or only randomly in this quest, as Prophecies bosses tend to do.

The spawn point in Dragon's Gullet during Titan Source isn't fixed. I encountered a different Charr lord boss there (mesmer, Druul the Untamed.)Ebirah 19:28, 18 September 2010 (UTC)
