Small Bug[edit]

I think this quest is bugged. When you finish the quest and talk to Gron again with the Surmia Carving, you get the reward but you also keep the carving, it doesn't leave your inventory like most quest items do. Second to this, once you complete the quest and receive the reward you need to leave town and re-enter before you can take the quest again. Even if you delete the Carving or put it into storage you still need to leave town before you can take the quest again. I've been hearing a similair problem to this occurs with Lost Treasure of King Hundar. Dancing Gnome 09:52, 2 September 2007 (UTC)

All repeatable quests are like that. After taking the reward, you have to leave the location and come back to take the quest again. Tedium 00:04, 18 September 2007 (UTC)

Level 3[edit]

have fun on this level, was not tested thoroughly and it shows. you'll go from +10dp to -60dp quickly. whoever signed off this needs disciplined.Palewook 17:39, 26 September 2007 (UTC)

The only part of this level that consistently gives me trouble is the Steward's room, and even then, maybe one party wipe. The fire dart room can be easily passed through by running full tilt from the upper left entrance to the boss door and timing it to avoid the patrol moving through the center of the room. can u just get the item needed for the quest and turn that in for the quest reward or do u actually need to do the dungeon?AurenX 23:05, 27 December 2009 (UTC)

I remember doing the dungeon once with a party, without me having the quest. Afterwards i went to talk to the quest giver with the carving, but he refused to accept it. He acted like i don't have it. - J.P.User J.P. sigicon.pngTalk 08:36, 26 August 2010 (UTC)

Another Bug[edit]

At the portal on level one, there is a chance that a spirit will get stuck behind the portal gate thus preventing you from advancing. Even though the portal boss is killed, the gate will not open to level 2 unless you kill all the spirits. It just happened to me about 1 minute ago but neglected to get a screenshot since I was so pissed. The spirit comes in range every now and then and if you do not have degen casters or fast kill casters that hit through the wall (of which I had none cause that was not the party build), then you are out of luck and must restart the dungeon. 75.178.18.182 13:37, 8 May 2010 (UTC)
