When done together with The Shadow Blades in hard mode, you don't have to do anything if you lure the shadow blades into the remaining group of guys.
- That is a recon quest. You don't have to do anything in the first place. The guys that show up in this quest (Tae Xang's men) are from the same gang , but are not related to the other quest. Also, when I had both quests active, the guys for the other quest didn't spawn. 76.253.0.17 16:25, 16 July 2011 (UTC)
Anomaly[edit]
Soar Windfeather was killed by the nearby afflicted as soon as he spawned, so the rest of the quest didn't activate. That's a possible anomaly that should be mentioned. Lysander 01:34, 30 July 2011 (UTC)
-- I encountered this anomaly too, while doing both the quest and the winds of change area related quest.
