Correction of Page Title

Abandoned

I just added a note about how, if you abandon this quest, you cannot get it again, but you can still get the follow-up quest as if you had completed it. I found this by accident while creating a new ferry character. I was initially worried that I had gotten "stuck" by abandoning a primary quest and not being able to retake it, thus not being able to move forward in the storyline, but I found that Armin allowed me to move on anyway. I have a screenshot if necessary (chat log showing the quest being taken but not accepted, while Armin Saberlin is on-screen showing his quest offer dialogue). Whoops, totally blew it on the abandoned part. However, I still believe that the note about completion not being needed, despite being a primary quest, is notable.
