Pointed out the error in the skill description- Lucci Slevin

How do you know? +Damage is armor-ignoring. I'm reverting until I see proof. Shido 13:39, 30 October 2007 (UTC)

How do I know? I have used it on enemies that I know have armor. As for proof, how am I supposed to show that? You have the game do you not? Use the skill and see for yourself.- Lucci Slevin

It's an error as the skill type is skill, not attack. Hence there is no attack component, and thus no base damage to add to. Backsword 11:01, 12 November 2007 (UTC)

dec 6 update[edit]

end of ursanway uw/deep runs? -TehBuG-

You had to be adjacent to use Ursan Rage for the knockdown effect so this does absolutely nothing to stop its (ab)use. 15:36, 7 December 2007 (UTC)

armor ignoring[edit]

when i was using this skill in the eternal grove mission at rank 5 it hit two 32's instead of two 56's on a siege turtle before it put up its skill Turtle Shell is it screwy? and i know it did not put it up i was watching it closely. Nekozick December 11

unless you were standing on the turtle, stalking it from the point it spawned, you don't know if it had turtle shell up or not. -- 00:42, 28 December 2007 (UTC)Uberxman1028

How can it be anyway that this so called "Skill" deals armor-ignoring, typeless Damage? I mean hey you just hit the target nothing different then what a Warrior does for example. And also you are hitting the Armor which would reduce the Damage which additionally should be Slashing Damage as you aint doing anything else when using this. Touch range[edit]

As far as I can tell this skills range depends upon the weapon you use. Ranged Weapon=Ranged skill.--The preceding unsigned comment was added by User: (talk).

Nope, it's always touch range. I'm an ele, and I just used Ursan Strike with a wand and I ran towards the enemy and touched it to use the skill. Silavor UserSilavorSigIcon.png 02:12, 11 January 2008 (UTC)

It used to be ranged. but i guess they nerfed it. (i used to be able to use it with range on my ranger but not anymore) .Ixillius (19:08 GTM+1 17 jan 2008)

(75*2)/(3+1) = 37.5 dps | It does less damage than Moebius Assassin. What's so good about this? Lightblade 11:11, 26 April 2008 (UTC)

It allows bad players to beat elite areas. Which some people consider good. -- Mini Me talk 11:22, 26 April 2008 (UTC)
The fact that it is simply impossible to mitigate (miss-chance hexes don't affect it, blind doesn't affect it, weakness doesn't affect it, and hell, armor doesn't affect it) and since it hits twice in smaller chunks it slips under spirit bond and (in most cases) prot spirit?
Oh... plus the part where you get pbaoe KD and a party damage booster with shout-range enemy weakness. Oh, and a rather maintainable IMS, which even the best moebius bars lack.
In general, Ursan Strike does not match a good Warrior's or Assassin's damage output. However, its damage is still quite high (considering most of the people that play it are too terrible to comprehend a good warrior bar, let alone manage to play one). And combine the lack of any skill required whatsoever with immunity to damage mitigation... and you have Ursan Blessing. -Auron 11:24, 26 April 2008 (UTC)
You've got it all wrong. It's because it makes you into a bear! RAWR! VegaObscura 13:41, 20 May 2008 (UTC)
