Shrine

Changed the rank cap for shrines. Over 100 dead enemies can give you rank 4 at shrines! I got it with 109.

Progress

Is there anyway to check your Status, 20, 30, 40 Kills without returning to a Shrine? Seems odd the NPC knows just how many kills I've gotten, but I dont? The mantids only count once, you can leave them alive after you kill them the first time. In normal mode there is no way of telling, but if you're in hard mode you could hover over the icon to tell you how many kills so far, (if you got the bounty at the start=0).
