I think it is. The guy has 2 Dual Attacks, and had 2 offhands triggering of hexes. Now he cannot use the 2nd dual in time anymore.

Needs a Nickname

Because this guy is the damn Gary Oak of Guild Wars, every time he comes to visit/attack you, it's either right after you just fought a group and are weak, or while you're fighting another group. --ScorpDeception63 01:33, 21 April 2011 (UTC)

Dialogue sic

It's been fixed, so I changed the dialogue from "Let me be be [sic] clear..." to what it is now, "Let me be clear..." Blue Totoro 19:37, 25 June 2011 (UTC)
