Someone add a icon to it, it looks so boring ~ KurdUser Kurd sig.png 08:33, 25 July 2007 (UTC)

Bah who moved it while I was overhauling it :P --Lemming64 23:40, 27 July 2007 (UTC)
What icon do you suggest by the way? I was looking for one that might be appropriate but couldn't find any. --Lemming64 23:40, 27 July 2007 (UTC)
Nvm its good now, i was talking about the fugly version ~ KurdUser Kurd sig.png 23:42, 27 July 2007 (UTC)
Who changed it while I was doing it? :P btw. forgot to add the following edit summary: "changed layout to fit other navigation templates; added categories" poke | talk 23:52, 27 July 2007 (UTC)
Multiuser editing ftw. :P I was going to touch it up a bit it, but got an edit conflict with Lemming. :P - anja talk 23:53, 27 July 2007 (UTC)

Lol poke | talk 23:55, 27 July 2007 (UTC)

How about getting rid of the column of campaigns and try to make it more consistent with the other navboxes? -- ab.er.rant sig 14:41, 30 July 2007 (UTC)

Template:Armor art nav, Template:Armor art nav, Template:Hero Battle Arenas, Template:Heroes' Ascent Arenas? poke | talk 14:54, 30 July 2007 (UTC)
Yeh I made it like that because other templates use it. If anything we need to uniform all the templates. --Lemming64 21:02, 30 July 2007 (UTC)
Oh and Template:Guild halls nav --Lemming64 21:03, 30 July 2007 (UTC)
Template:God nav, Template:Playable races of Guild Wars 2, Template:Profession nav, Template:Special events nav, Template:Conditions nav, and every single one of the location navbars Category:Navigation templates :P -- ab.er.rant sig 01:14, 31 July 2007 (UTC)
Ok so there are some of both, that doesn't resolve the issue ;) --Lemming64 01:15, 31 July 2007 (UTC)
True, I would like to propose this version as a replacement: my sandbox revision. The reason I prefer to not have a column there is twofold: (1) I feel a navigation bar should be simple, unobtrusive, and elegant; when i scroll the navbar into view, I find that having a relatively large and brightly colored portion on my screen draws my attention away from actual content. (2) Since the navbar is centered, having an additional column breaks the centering, and depending on your resolution, 2 columns don't wrap as nicely as one column. Just my 2 cents. -- ab.er.rant sig 01:56, 31 July 2007 (UTC)
It works for me Aberant, however I would like one small change, that the campaign names aren't wiki linked in that version, the reason being where they are positioned it is harder to tell them apart from the item names at a glance. Whereas if they are the usual font it is much easier. I have made the change to your sandbox so you can see it, feel free to revert if you don't like it though. --Lemming64 13:51, 31 July 2007 (UTC)
I certainly agree that it's easier to spot the campaign names without the links, but I wasn't sure whether it's useful to have them linked or not, that's why I forced some extra spaces between the campaign names and the weapon names. -- ab.er.rant sig 01:01, 1 August 2007 (UTC)
bold? --Lemming64 01:05, 1 August 2007 (UTC)
I don't like the bold. I've tried it on the professions navbar and the location navbars and I find that they're more or less the same as having colored backgrounds (i.e. draws the eye). I think your previous unlinked version is good enough. -- ab.er.rant sig 01:51, 1 August 2007 (UTC)

Heh, *smacks self on head* can't believe I forgot about using margin instead of forcing white space :P -- ab.er.rant sig 14:48, 2 August 2007 (UTC)

hehe ^^ poke | talk 15:41, 2 August 2007 (UTC)
