After I saw, actually "experienced" problems in Savanna Sin build, I've tried to make a new build by only using Elementalist skills. First tactic was just to ride the lightning to a foe and cast all I've got. I had exhaustion, energy and casting time problems. I also got interrupted which completely destroyed my build. In the end I've came up with the build above. I didn't have time to test it a lot, but it seems nicer because the total recharge time is like 6 seconds after I cast everything I got.
