I use this for general PvE game play. Usage is simple: First you have to cast Mindbender so you can finish casting before foes run away. Then Arcane Echo and Savannah Heat to start damaging foes. Quickly cast Meteor so foes get knocked down and forget they needed to run when they get up. (Yeah, they are stupid...) Before they get up cast the second Savannah and finish them up with Fireball and Liquid Flame.
