Yes... I'm going there... Ninjas. Ninjas are pretty bad-ass so I'm re-conceptualizing Guild Wars into Ninja Wars.
unfinishedOverview[edit]
Ninja Wars will remove all professions from the game, instead allowing players to collect attribute lines through paid trainers or other means. To keep things balanced, the 200 point cap and increasing attribute point cost will remain. In addition, attributes will have more clauses such as disabling other attributes if points are placed into a certain one, or gaining certain effects for that attribute at certain ranks. For example, Taijutsu will disable all Weapon Mastery attributes if any points are in it, and will disable all Ninjutsu at rank 10 or higher but allow Empty Handed attacking, enabling the use of the powerful attack skills in that line.
The current combat mechanics will remain unchanged, so there will still be spells, attack skills, touch skills, stances, etc.
Everything else remains the same as well, including the eight skills to a bar, weapon sets, etc. except for any profession specific things like Insignias.
There is really no PvE, it's just a PvP idea.
Also note that this is mostly a Naruto rip-off because I'm lame (though it's chocked full of abilities that would work as skills), but it will have authentic Ninja-ish stuff that isn't lame as well.
Characters[edit]
All characters will have a base of 600 Health and 60 armor to keep things simple. Starting characters will be given a few attributes and a small amount of skills in each. To improve your characters array of abilities, they must be purchased with regular PvP faction.
Attributes[edit]
Again, a single character won't be able to use all of these at once. They will be in their repertoire of abilities, but using one will cause that character to specialize and disable others. Starting attributes are italicized. Attributes are organized into seperate types, indicated by bold text. There will also be a few skills without attribute requirements (No Attribute).

PvP Formats[edit]
Battlefield: Teams of 2 will work to accomplish tasks and objectives across large AB-like maps in order to earn faction and gain victory.
Blood Fued: Same concept as a Battlefield. Ninjas are mercenaries, coming and going with the wind. Teams of two may temporarily ally with certain clans or families and do their dirty work against other clans.
Free for All: These matches will be played on large AB-like maps. Every man for himself!
Arena: This format will pit organized teams of up to 4 against eachother.
