- Moa is the name of a flightless bird that, until it was hunted to extinction by the local Maori, occupied the country of New Zealand. In appearance, the Moas of Guild Wars resemble the Phorusrhacids, predatory flightless birds that used to inhabit the Americas.
- The White Moa is considerably larger than the other Moa Birds, being the maximum height at level 5 and towering over the player at level 20. It's the tallest pet.
- The average user commonly mispronounces Arirua. They do this because they think that it is Ah-Ree-Roo-Ah. However, the correct pronouciation is a bunch of Syllables and Consonants thrown together. Make sure to have a lot of R's and A's
