Shout. Target long-time contributor gets offended by a welcome message in his/her talk page, and seriously considers to leave Guild Wars Wiki.

- Eloc the Welcoming (User Talk Pages)

- Upon activation, the following message appears on the target's talk page:
- "Hello, Target, and welcome to the Official Guild Wars Wiki! If you need help with anything, don't hesitate to add a message to my talk page. I highly recommend that you check out the "Welcome to the wiki" page - it's extremely useful as an initial guide. Best of luck and happy editing!"
- Very active wikignomes are common targets of this skill.
