 The Order of Twilight was founded at least 50 years ago by Twili Lightbringer, although the exact year of founding has been forever lost to the sands of time. It started off as a group of Lightbringers who made a career out of settling paranormal activity, but it soon spread into a safe haven and training ground for uniquely gifted individuals from across Tyria. However, back in 1078 AE, the Order was destroyed when the Broodmother sent her newly-bred army of Armoured Graspings to attack. It wasn't a battle so much as it was a slaughter; not even the seemingly-immortal homunculi guardians could withstand the assault. In a single night, the once-proud Order of Twilight was reduced to less than a handful of people. Of that handful, only three including myself stuck around to help form the Keepers Of Twilight. |
